Biography

Born 15 January 1949 in Vichin Village, Luninets Region, Brest Province.

Graduated from Grodno Agricultural Institute (Scientist-Agronomist), Minsk Higher Party School.

Army Reserve Major General.

Worked as the First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of Luninets Region Council of People’s Deputies, the Head of the Agriculture Department. After the studies in the Higher Party School was elected the Second, the First Secretary of Brest Region Committee of the Communist Party of Byelorussia, the Chairman of Brest Region Council of People’s Deputies, the Chairman of Brest Region Executive Committee, the Chairman of Brest Region Council of Deputies . After that he worked as a Deputy Head of the Control Service of the President of the Republic of Belarus, a Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the First Deputy Chairman of Minsk Province Executive Committee, the Chairman of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Minister of Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus.

Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus of the 12th convocation.

Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 3rd and 4th convocations.
