Graduated from Gomel Agricultural Technical School (Accountant); Belarusian State Agricultural Academy (Economist).
Director, Open Joint-Stock Company “Otor”.
Deputy of Chechersk Region Council of Deputies of 18th, 23rd and 24th convocations.
Deputy of Otor Village Council of Deputies of 26th convocation.
Honourable Citizen of Chechersk Region Gomel Province.
Person of the Year of Gomel Province (2010).
The Best Leader of the Year (2009, 2010, 2011).
Awarded the Certificates of Honour of Gomel Province Executive Committee, Chechersk Region Executive Committee and Chechersk Region Council of Deputies. Entered on the Regional Board of Honour.
