Biography
Born October 22, 1959 in the village of Gornostaevichi Svisloch district of Grodno Province.
Graduated from Grodno State Medical Institute, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Mr Viktor Snezhitcky worked as a working farm «Gornostaevichi» Svisloch district of Grodno Province, clinical intern, graduate student, assistant Department of Hospital Therapy of Grodno State Medical Institute, Head of Cardiology Department, the chief physician of the Grodno oblast cardiology dispensary, vice-rector for scientific work, the first pro-rector of educational establishment «Grodno State Medical University».
Rector of the Grodno State Medical University.
Awarded the Medal of Francisk Skaryna.
