Born 17 June 1961 in Rechen Village, Luban Region, Minsk Province.

Graduated from Byelorussian State Institute of National Economy (Economist).

Doctor of Economics, Professor.

Chairman of Grodno Province Executive Committee.

Army Reserve Major General.

Appointed by the President of the Republic of Belarus member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 4th convocation.

Awarded a Jubilee Medal “65 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941 — 1945” and a Certificate of Honour of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and a Certificate of Honour of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
