Biography

Born 14 April 1957 in Alekseevka Village, Bragin Region, Gomel Province.

Graduated from Dresden Technical University (Engineer-Electrician), Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (State Administration).

Army Reserve Major General.

Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 4th convocation.

Awarded a Medal “For Labour Merit”, Jubilee Medals “65 Years of Liberation of the Republic of Belarus from Nazi Invaders”, “65 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941 — 1945”, a Certificate of Honour of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
