Born 15 July 1948 in Rabets Village, Khoyniki Region, Gomel Province.

Graduated from Grodno Agriculture Institute (Scientist-Animal Technician), Academy of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (Politologist, Teacher of Social and Political Sciences). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.

Hero of Belarus.

Merited Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus.

Chairman, Agricultural Production Cooperative “Progress-Vertelishki”, Grodno Region.

Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 4^th convocation.

Deputy of Grodno Province Council of Deputies of the 21^st and 26^th convocations.
