Born 14 April 1960 in Kuklichi Village, Svisloch Region, Grodno Province.

Graduated from the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno (Mathematician); Moscow State Open University (Economy and Administration at enterprises of chemical and timber industry, Engineer-Economist).

Has got four utility patents. The author of two inventions.

First Deputy Director General — Deputy Director General for Economy and Finances, Open Joint Stock Company «Grodno Azot».

Member of the Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia for Budget and Finance.

Awarded a Certificate of Honour of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Certificates of Honour of Grodno Province Executive Committee, Grodno City Executive Committee, a Certificate of Honour and a Plague “Honourable Chemist” of the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry. Has an Honourable Mention of Open Joint Stock Company «Grodno Azot».
