Born 22 June 1951 in Kantsy Village, Osipovichi Region, Mogilev Province.

Graduated from Vitebsk Veterinary Institute (Zoo Veterinarian). Candidate of Biological Sciences, Docent. The author of six scientific works and three inventions.

Merited Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus.

Director, Open Joint-Stock Company “Agricultural Industrial Complex “Voshod”.

Deputy of Mogilev Province and Mogilev Region Council of Deputies of the 26^th convocation.

Person of the Year (2002, 2012).

Awarded the title “Honourable Citizen of the Town of Mogilev”.

Has the Letter of Official Thanks of the President of the Republic of Belarus, an Honourable Mention of the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.
