Born 23 March 1966 in Novy Barsuk Village, Rechitsa Region, Gomel Province.

Graduated from Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University (History, Soviet Law).

Head of the State Educational Establishment “Rechitsa Regional Lyceum”.

Best Director of Secondary School Establishment of Gomel Province (2012).

Awarded a Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Certificates of Honour of the Education department of Gomel Province Executive Committee, Gomel Province Committee of natural Resources and Environmental Protection, a Diploma of the Public Association “Belarusian Union of Women”.
