Moroz Liliya

Born 23 September 1956 in Minsk.

Graduated from the V.I.Lenin Byelorussian State University (Jurist).

Worked as a Notary Public Officer, a Senior Notary Public Officer of the Notary Public Office of Zavodskoy District of the City of Minsk; a Senior Notary Public Officer of the First Minsk Province Notary Public Office; a Private Notary; a Senior Advisor, the Head of Citizen and Entities Legal Services Section, Department of Justice of Minsk Province Executive Committee; a Senior Notary Public Officer of the Notary Public Office No 2, Sovietsky District of the City of Minsk, Head of the First Minsk Province Notary Public Office.

Ms Liliya Moroz was elected a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 4th convocation.

She was a member of the Permanent Commission of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States on Legal Issues.

Member of the Council on Issues of Legal and Judicial Activity under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Member of the Qualification Commission on Issues of the Notarial Activity of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.   

Awarded the Order of Merit, the Jubilee Medals “65 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941 — 1945”, “65 Years of Liberation of the Republic of Belarus from Nazi Invaders”, a Jubilee Medal “IPA CIS. 20 years”, and a Certificate of Honour of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
