Born 5 August 1946 in Vishkovichi Village, Chashniksky Region, Vitebsk Province.
In 1973 graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR; in 1987 — the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
From 1973 till 1991 Mr Vladimir Senko worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR. From 1991 till 2011 — in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. He occupied the positions of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Ambassador to Poland, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the European Union and NATO.
Has an Honorary Mention of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Honorary Mentions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
Mr Vladimir Senko is awarded a Certificate of Honour of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and a Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
