Head of the Department of Archeology and Special Historical Disciplines, Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University.

Member of the Council of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University.

Administrated the State Program of Scientific Researches “History, Culture, Society, State” (2011 — 2015).

Person of the Year of Mogilev Province (2011) with entering on the Province Board of Honour.

Awarded a Certificate of Honor of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, two Certificates of Honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
