Born 21 March 1959 in Minsk.
Graduated from the Order of the Red Banner of Labour Belorussian Polytechnic Institute (Constructing Engineer); Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (Specialist in Public Administration).
Merited Builder of the Republic of Belarus.
Army Reserve Major General.
Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 4th convocation.
Awarded a Medal “For Labour Merit”, a Certificate of Honour of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, a Certificate of Honour of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
