Graduated from Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Gorky (Teacher of Mathematics of the Secondary School).

Head of the Educational Establishment “Bobruisk State High Vocational School of Applied Art named after A. E. Larin”.

Member of the Committee of the Parliamentary Union of Belarus and Russia for Legislation and Regulations.

Awarded two Certificates of Honour of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, a Certificate of Honour of the Education department of Mogilev Province Executive Committee, a Certificate of Honour of the Administration of Pervomaisky District of Bobruisk, a badge “For Merit in the development of professional and technical education” and “Education Expert” of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
