Born 1 March 1962 in Khojniki Town, Gomel Province.

Graduated from the V.I.Lenin Byelorussian State University (Journalist).

Merited Journalist of the Belarusian Union of Journalists.

Since 2001 — Editor-in-Chief, Public Unitary Enterprise “Gomelskaya Pravda” Newspaper”.

Member of the Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia for Information Policy.

Mr Bespaly has the Honorary Mentions of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Awarded the Order of Honour, the Medals of Francisc Skorina, “60 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941 — 1945”, a Medal “For Cooperation” (Union State), a Jubilee Medal “90 Years of Belarus Army”, a badge “Outstanding Print Worker of the Republic of Belarus”, the Certificates of Honour of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, Gomel Province Executive Committee, Gomel Province Council of Deputies.
