Biography
Born July 17, 1976 in Gomel.
Graduated from Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Worked as an educator of the recreation center “Kristal”, facilitator in the grammar school No 41 of Gomel, first secretary of the Gomel District Committee of the municipal appeal “Belarusian Republican Youth Union”, first secretary of the Gomel Committee, first secretary of the Gomel Province Committee of the municipal appeal “Belarusian Republican Youth Union”, second secretary of the Central Committee of the municipal appeal “Belarusian Republican Youth Union”.
