Born July 1, 1960 in the village Nenadovichi, Diatlovo District, Grodno Province.

Graduated from Grodno Sate University named after Y.Kupala, Belarussian State University.

Worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature in the grammar school in Minoitovo of Lida District, secretary — chief of the Department for school youth and pioneers, second secretary, educator of the Department for propaganda and agitation, chief of the Department for propaganda and agitation of the Lida District Committee of the Leninist Communist Youth League of Belarus, consultant of the ideological commission of the Lida District Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus, teacher of Russian language and literature, deputy director on educational work in the grammar school in Minoitovo of Lida District. Was an inspector, chief specialist, deputy chief of the Department of Education, chief of the Department of Ideological Work, chief of the Department of Ideological Work, Culture and Youth of the Lida District Executive Committee.
