Graduated from Belarusian Commercial Institute of Management (Jurist); Grodno State Agrarian University (Economic Manager); Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (Specialist in Public Administration).  

Director General, Communal Unitary Enterprise “Grodnooblkinovideoprokat”.
